Prior to Infor, Phillips was President of Oracle Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. During his seven and a half year-tenure, the company tripled in size and successfully acquired 70 companies. Prior to Oracle, Phillips was a Managing Director in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Institutional Investor All Star for ten consecutive years.

Before his 18-year career on Wall Street, Phillips was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines artillery unit. In 2012, Phillips was the guest speaker at the Marine Corps' 237th birthday ball for his old unit, after their return from Afghanistan.

Phillips holds a BS in computer science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a JD from New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton University; he is also a member of the Georgia State Bar.

Phillips serves on the Boards of Viacom Corporation, Jazz at Lincoln Center, New York Law School, the American Museum of Natural History, the United States Air Force Academy Endowment Fund, Posse Foundation, and his family foundation, Phillips Charitable Organizations. Phillips also served on the Obama Administration's Economic Recovery Board, led by Paul Volcker.

Prior to Infor, Angove was General Manager of the Retail Global Business unit at Oracle Corporation, where he ran development, consulting, and sales and marketing and led Oracle to the number one market position in retail applications. Preceding his accomplishments at Oracle, Angove was a member of Retek's executive management team, where he took the company public.

Scholl's leadership and passion in helping customers modernize and transform their business has allowed Infor to emerge as the third largest enterprise software company in the world.

Prior to joining Infor in December, 2010, Scholl established Oracle Corporation's Tax and Utilities Global Business unit as the market leader with responsibility for sales, consulting, development and marketing. From 2006 to 2009, Scholl ran Oracle's North America Consulting Group, one of the company's largest organizations. Prior to Oracle, Scholl held a number of consulting and sales management roles at PeopleSoft.

Scholl received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.

Chaiken has over 20 years experience in healthcare information technology, patient safety, clinical transformation, and public health. He previously worked with the National Institutes of Health, U.K's National Health Service, McKesson, and BearingPoint.

Chaiken served as a Board member (2006-2010), Board Liaison to HIMSS Europe (2006-2009), and Board Chair (2009-2010), and continues his involvement as a Fellow of the Health Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS). He currently writes a column on technology and quality for the journal Patient Safety and Quality Health Care.

Chaiken is board certified in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health. Chaiken received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and his MPH degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. He acquired his specialty training from the Centers for Disease Control as an Epidemic Intelligence Service officer and from the NJ Department of Health as a preventive medicine resident.

Flavin has more than 25 years of experience in application software marketing. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Product Development for Infor's Discrete Group where his duties included driving product strategy and development.

Prior to joining Infor, Flavin was CEO of software development company Future Three. His experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at JBA International where he was responsible for sales, service, and support in the eastern U.S., selling and consulting on ERP systems for Unisys, and materials management for Ford Motor Company and Massey Ferguson.

Flavin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Eastern Michigan University.

Mark Weber joined the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in December 2008. Since November 2012, Mark has reported directly to the CIO providing executive leadership and management for the enterprise administrative and financial information technology initiatives and strategies. Prior to this role, Mark was an HR Executive Director reporting to Cleveland Clinic's CHRO with responsibility for design, development, and implementation of enterprise Workforce Planning and HR Information Systems.

Prior to joining the Clinic, Mark worked at IBM for eleven years with roles of increasing responsibility culminating in leadership of a ground-breaking business transformation that adopted supply chain principles for human capital management to provide comprehensive business and IT solutions across all IBM business units, globally.

Prior to IBM, Mark was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Company); a senior consultant at Grant Thornton, LLP; and a senior developer of front office trading systems at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Mark holds an MS in Computer Science from New York University's Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences and completed Harvard Business School's Executive Program in Managing Health Care Delivery.

Peter has led Information Technology enabled change initiatives at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. for sixteen years, the last twelve as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Peter serves on the commission of the Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST) and leads their standards and Electronic Health Record/Personal Health Record efforts including participation on the Long Term and Post Acute Care (LTPAC) Health IT Collaborative and co-planning the Collaborative's annual summit. Peter also serves on the advisory board of the Coalition for Leadership in Aging Services. He also serves on the Florida Health Information Exchange Coordinating Committee. He has a master's degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and has completed graduate work in religious studies. Peter is passionate about exploring the future of the intersection between aging services, consumerism, healthcare, demographics and technology.  Prior to working for ACTS, Peter led an independent information technology consulting business for twelve years. He has been invited to present at regional, national and international aging services and IT conferences. Peter Kress lives in Ambler, PA where he serves on the board of the Wissahickon Valley Public Library.
