What are Academy Sessions?
Academy sessions are hands-on computer lab classes available to attendees. Sessions are offered across a number of products and a variety of topics. Advance registration is required for academy sessions, and participants are limited to two sessions.
When can I register for sessions and Academies?
You will be able to register for sessions and academies in February.

What are Power Training classes?
Infor's education and learning team offers concentrated training courses in conjunction with Inforum. These three-day courses take place prior to Inforum and offer the opportunity to complete a week-long training class in a condensed period, as well as take full advantage of Inforum. Registration is required, and there is an additional fee. Power Training class registration will be available through the regular registration process in December. You can register and come back in December to add your Power Training class. To begin your registration process, click here.
What is the Inforum 2013 full conference registration fee?
Regular: February 17 - April 19 $1,895
Onsite: April 20 - April 24 $2,095
What are the Inforum 2013 cancellation policy and fees?
Event cancellations received or postmarked no later than January 31, 2013, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Full Conference cancellations received or postmarked from February 1 through March 31, 2013, will be charged a $500 processing fee per Event registration. No refunds will be given for any Event cancellations received or postmarked after March 31, 2013. Processing fees will be deducted from the refund being provided to the registrant. Refunds will not be provided to individuals who are no-shows to the Event. Cancellation requests not received in writing will not be honored. Fees and costs associated with the cancellation of any travel reservations and/or hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

Will my credit card be charged immediately for the registration fee?
Yes. Your conference fee will automatically be charged to your credit card upon completing registration.
Do I need to send my check payment before I can complete my registration?
No, when registering you may select "check payment." However, we will need to receive your check prior to your arrival to the event.

You must reference registrant name and invoice number with your payment. The registration identification number will be included in your confirmation email.
I have registered but can no longer attend; can another person go in my place?
All substitutions must be sent in writing via email to email@example.com or standard mail (address provided above) and postmarked no later than thirty (30) business days from the start day of the Event (i.e., on or before March 21, 2013). No fee will be charged for processing substitutions.
When will I receive a hotel confirmation?
Confirmations of hotel reservations come directly from the conference hotels and will be sent approximately two weeks prior to Inforum 2013.
Can I make changes to my hotel reservation?
Yes, any hotel changes needed before your hotel confirmation has arrived can be made by logging back in to your registration account. To log back in to your account, you'll need your user name and password, which will be included in the confirmation email you receive when you've completed your registration. Please Note: You should work directly with the hotel if changes become necessary after your reservation has been received and your hotel confirmation has been emailed to you.
Will my credit card be charged for the room guarantee?
No, the credit card is only to hold the room. All fees for the hotel need to be paid upon check out. Please note: Most hotels have cancellation policies. Failure to check into the hotel or to cancel a reservation as outlined on your confirmation may result in credit card charges to your account.
If I hold my hotel room with a credit card, can I pay by check or cash on site?
Yes, your credit card is solely to hold your room. Once you arrive at the hotel, you may pay with cash, credit card, or check.
Can I book my hotel before I register for the conference?
No, you can make your hotel reservation when your register for Inforum 2013. Please note: While booking your hotel reservation is part of the registration process, your hotel cost is in addition to the registration fee. To register now, click here.
Is a guest package available for Inforum 2013?
The guest package ($150) is available with the purchase of a Full Conference pass and allows your guest to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 21 and the Customer Appreciation Event on Tuesday, April 23. Guests are not permitted to attend the conference sessions; you are limited to one adult guest pass per attendee. Please note that guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Can my guest walk through The Hub/Expo?
Your guest may only be present in The Hub for customer events such as the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event. During all other times, only conference attendees are allowed in sessions or The Hub.
